After registration

Certain functions of the website require registration for the purpose of creating a profile. There are basically two types of user groups:

  • New employees using the service for the purpose of the relocation process (Internationals)
  • Company employees who can hire Internationals and track their relocation process through the service (company users)

The following information is mandatory for registration as a company user:

  • Name;
  • Email-address.

The following information is mandatory for registration as an international:

  • Name;
  • Email-address;
  • Place of birth;
  • Gender;
  • Family status;
  • Years of professional experience;
  • Mother language;
  • Salary group.

In addition, the collection of further data is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and is requested during use as a registered international. This includes, in particular, data on vocational training and the intended employment relationship between the company and the international, which is necessary for support in obtaining a German work permit.

In both cases, this information is collected in order to

  • find out who our contractual partner is;
  • enable the contractual relationship to be established, structured, executed and amended;
  • ensure necessary communication with you in connection with contractual or non-contractual matters;
  • exclude or identify registrations that violate our General Terms and Conditions of Use or our General Terms and Conditions of Business (e.g. registrations of minors or multiple registrations);
  • provide you with a selection of relevant information that matches your profile.

If you use our portal, we store your data necessary for the fulfilment of the contract until you finally delete your access. Furthermore, we store the voluntary data provided by you for the duration of your use of the portal, unless you delete it beforehand. You can manage and change all data in the protected customer area.

If you use the portal, your data may become accessible to all persons necessary for the fulfilment of the contract according to the contractual service. In principle, registered users and companies can access all information provided by you on your profile via the website.

Company / company user

Company users can see selected data from certain internationals if these company users have a justified interest in the success of the relocation process. These company users are primarily users from the company with which the International is seeking an employment relationship. The selected data includes all documents that the International uploads in its profile:

  • Name;
  • Email-address;
  • Place of birth;
  • Gender;
  • Family status.


We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

  • Google Analytics

    Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

    You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

    Our Website uses the message and customer service tool offered by Intercom Inc., 55 2nd St, 4th Fl., San Francisco, CA, 94105, USA and Intercom R&D Unlimited Company, 2nd floor, Stephen court, 18-21 St. Stephen’s green, Dublin 2, Ireland at („Intercom“).
